3. Develop its own business outlets, counters, specialty stores and other forms of marketing within the agency area.
4. Advertising and promotion of products within the territory of the agent (any form of media advertising shall be released after consultation and confirmation with the company in advance).
5. Develop various marketing methods, such as group purchasing and conference marketing, by utilizing my own social relations and network.
6. Enjoy preferential treatment and preferential treatment for different seasons and festivals, and have priority in company support.
Obligations of regional agents:
1.Perform the obligations as agreed in the contract. First, explain to the company the number of cities and counties in the region.
2.Operate according to the marketing plan formulated by the headquarter of the company.
3.Follow up and assess the company's headquarters as agreed in the contract.
4.Honest and trustworthy management, and maintain the image of the company and its products.
5.Strictly abide by the laws and regulations of relevant departments of the state, and do not use illegal means for marketing and sales.
6.Assist the company in combating fake products. The functions and appearance of the company's products have been granted national patents. If similar products are found in the market, the company should inform the company in time.
Market support policies:
1. Strictly protect regional agents to maximize their interests;
2. The company strictly implements the agent distribution system and ensures the authority of the agent in a comprehensive and long-term way. The company will refuse all customers in the region where the agent is located to come, write letters or call to discuss the matter of purchasing products directly from the company. The company will arrange to introduce these customers to the local agents directly.
3. The head office of the company does not charge any franchise fee, nor does it support the agent to charge the franchise fee when developing sub-agents in the territory;
4. The manufacturer directly supplies goods, reduces the intermediate links, and gives the profit to the agent;
5. The head office of the company is responsible for the transportation expenses of agents;
6. Advertising support (24-hour nationwide Internet promotion and promotion);
7. Free distribution of publicity materials such as product image posters, operation manuals and promotional materials;
8. Provide DVD and TV promotional discs;
9. Complimentary tote bags in proportion to the amount of goods taken;
10. Issue the regional exclusive agency authorization;
Application for agency or franchise:
1.Consulting: get to know the information of our company through the materials sent by our department or the company website;
2.Come to the company: visit, communicate and negotiate with the company with valid personal identification certificate or business license; If you cannot come to the company for negotiation under special circumstances, you can also discuss specific matters by telephone.
3.Contract signing: formally determine the intention of alliance and agency cooperation, sign the contract of alliance and agency, and get the complete set of legal documents, publicity materials and all articles and materials presented by the headquarters;
4.Distribution: after the payment is paid off, according to the specific requirements of agents and franchisees, the distribution center of the headquarters shall arrange the distribution and delivery in a timely manner;
5.Services: provide guidance and sales assistance according to franchisee's application requirements.
